I decided to do my qualifications in fitness after I found such a passion in training for myself. I wanted to be able to guide others in making a difference in their life. My interests in fitness have led me to also become a ‘Holistic massage therapist’ in Hydrotherm massage, the first ever FACE UP massage. Bringing both of my occupations together, I am offering a holistic approach to training as I believe to have maximum results, it is essential to have a healthy mind, body balance.
