I run a Sports/Remedial massage clinic at Folkestone Sports Centre within which I am fortunate enough to treat a wide range of individuals from those suffering with RSI, Back pain and common place problems to those in training for sporting events.
I initially qualified in 2009 and then went on to train in London to obtain the level 5 in Sport & Remedial therapy endorsed by the ISRM. During my training I gained the necessary industry experience through practising within a clinical environment and additional experiences including providing post-massage at the London marathon. I also have qualifications to be able to use ultrasound therapy and electrical therapy including infrared and G5 and I use exercise prescriptive tools to ensure your treatment is supported by effective aftercare advice.
Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with channel swimmers, local triathletes and basketball players as well as semi professional cyclists, runners, tennis players, body builders and power lifters to name but a few! I have extensive experience in treating various conditions throughout the body, including scoliosis, chronic fatigue, carpal tunnel, runners knee, ITBS and lower back issues.
